Chris Reade
Chris is a member of the very successful Harcourts Mairangi Bay sales team. Prior to embarking on his real estate career in 1999, Chris worked in the investment banking arms of Schroders and Natwest in London and was at PwC in Toronto prior to that. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, previously at PwC in Auckland before transferring overseas. He grew up on the Shore, attended Rosmini College in Takapuna and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from The University of Auckland. While working overseas he traveled extensively throughout Canada, USA, Europe and Asia and travel now with his family remains a main interest. Having lived on the North Shore for over 40 years and currently residing in Murrays Bay, his knowledge and sales history of the area is extensive. Chris was a branch manager from 2005 to 2009 then returned fully to the sales role where his true passion lies. He is a Licensed Agent and qualified Branch Manager under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008, able to supervise and train salespeople. Consistently a top performer, Chris has received awards for being in the top 10% of salespeople. He takes great pleasure in achieving the utmost positive results for clients and with the majority of his business being referral and repeat business, the proof is definitely in the pudding! Lucy Gu
Lucy moved from China to Christchurch in 2001. She graduated from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Marketing in 2006 before moving to Auckland. With years of sales and management experience Lucy has found an outlet for her true passion in Real Estate. Selling and maximising the value of a property is only achieved when in the hands of the right person: a person with a history of sales success and a deep understanding of the selling process. Lucy is that salesperson. She listens to her client’s needs, is absolutely committed to her clients and is highly motivated to achieve the best possible result for them.
